The dreaded "D" word.
I am sorry that you are here.
I am here to make the process as easy as possible for you.
As your mediator, I can work with you in the very early stages so that you can make plans about initiating your case and how to address your most pressing issues.
We will then come up with a "roadmap" for resolving your case.
The mediation process can be used to address all of the important issues of your case, such as dividing assets and debts, agreeing on child and spousal support, creating parenting plans, and more.
Throughout our confidential and private mediation sessions, I will help you navigate through the issues and court paperwork surrounding divorce.
As part of the mediation process, we will create a comprehensive settlement agreement, which will then become your final divorce judgment. All of this can be accomplished without ever having to set foot in the courthouse.
If your divorce case is already well in progress, I can come in at any stage and offer a fresh perspective. Perhaps settlement negotiations by your attorneys have stalled and you want to give mediation a chance. Or maybe one person has filed a request for order (RFO) and you want to you bring those legal issues into mediation to resolve before your next court hearing.
Regardless of where you are in the process, the divorce mediation process with me can be tailored to meet your objectives.
